If approved, work with the lender to complete membership and loan documents. If pending review, the lender requires additional information. Allow 15 minutes for the lender to receive your application, then call the number provided in the decision email.
If denied, you may be able to add a co-borrower, or you will need to find another method of payment. Once the lender receives your completed documents, the contractor can get to work. When the job is completed to your satisfaction, sign the certificate of completion. This allows the project funds to be disbursed to your contractor.
